Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products (e.g., The Toolkit), generally no refunds are provided unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page (e.g., a specific risk-free guarantee).
Coaching Services: Terms for coaching engagements are governed by the specific service agreement or contract signed at the commencement of the engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christopher Lynn Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Christopher Lynn Systems is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
