Why “Scaling Influence” Now?
We get trapped thinking our value equals our hours worked. More hours in, more influence out. I don’t want to keep making that trade.
Time for a new approach: From Doer to Multiplier.
The core shift for 2026 moves from productivity to exponential influence. I’m done measuring success by my personal checklist. Real impact comes through amplifying others.
Success isn’t just what I do anymore. It’s what I enable. What I teach. The systems I build that work without me.
Think of it this way: stop being the engine and start being the engineer.
This means removing roadblocks for others. Providing resources. Teaching frameworks. Building repeatable processes that function even when I’m not there.
The goal? Create a network of empowered people and systems that multiply impact far beyond what I could ever accomplish alone.

To sustain this without burning out, I’m using a quarterly rhythm I already know works from managing teams:
